When there is an incredible story to tell of great customer service and incredible products we want to share it with all of you that follow this website.
This past weekend while attending a major convention in Las Vegas my wife and I had an amazing opportunity to experience some of the best customer service we have ever experienced worldwide!
It happened at the Lavo Restaurant at the Palazzo Hotel.
In fact, the service was so incredible and the food so spectacular, we did something we’ve never done before—-we dined at the Lavo three nights in a row!
The servers were the most attentive in the world, providing the best advice we’ve ever experienced, and the food was to die for!
No special favors here….we paid full freight so this is true word of mouth marketing based on one of the best run restaurants in the world!
Here’s to Kyle, Jo Jo and Assistant GM Eli Micaiah for making us—-and everyone else there—feel like the most important customers in the world!
Oh and by the way…..make sure you have the “melt-in-your-mouth” Kobe Beef Meatballs and the Oreo and ice cream dessert (seen to the left!).
