If Comcast doesn’t get its act together it’s going to face what Dell Computers did—“Dell Hell” from consumer activists. There’s a story in the Seattle Times about “Stormy Times” for Comcast, and the word of mouth stories are not nice. One customer has her Internet service go out everyday at 3:30pm. There’s already an active blog ComcastMustDie.com. The Seattle Times article talks about what one Comcast Manager is trying to do nationwide to address the problem in the blogosphere. This will be an important one to watch.
